Cesar and Nate lead the TCS Warehouse Team. Both have recently joined TCS in January 2022, and have considerable experience in the industry. 

The team is responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules. Their duties include loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers, organizing incoming stock and putting the appropriate labels on outgoing parcels.

The team also manage the blending of seed, manage inventory, clean and organize the warehouse and ensure daily work is performed safely.
