Josh Grady joined Twin City Seed in 2023 and fulfills the company’s online orders. He tracks inventory, mixes custom seed blends and prepares each shipment with care. Josh also answers all questions from the website, so next time you submit a question, give him a friendly hello!

Before coming to TCS, Josh didn’t know much about grass seed, but it didn’t take him long to learn from his turfgrass experts co-workers! He’s proud of TCS’s commitment to quality and how they help their customers achieve the lawn of their dreams. Prior to working at Twin City Seed, Josh was a union carpenter working on steel-stud framing and drywalling for companies like Crawford Merz and Quality Drywall. He is also a paid-on-call firefighter, so you know Josh understands the meaning of hard work. It is just one of the many reasons he is so respected by his teammates.

Another reason is how much Josh cares. His goal is to fulfill orders as quickly and accurately as possible, putting his head down to get customers’ orders out of the door within 24 hours. And his accuracy rating is off the charts! When he isn’t packing orders, he likes to joke around with the TCS team…except for James.

In addition to being a firefighter and TCS’s warehouse running back, Josh is a dedicated husband, father, pug lover and avid birdwatcher.
